Sales Director
I am responsible for customer service, resident retention, new move
ins, conducting move outs, paperwork, and enforcing policies in
property management. I have been promoted twice since 2013 and
moved to a bigger property, in which I am also trained to become an
assistant manager. I have brought in about $2,000,000.000 worth of
revenue since 2016 to my property that I am currently working. I
have been recognized in multiple community resident surveys and
often get complimented on my memory of names and apartment
numbers.

Sales Associate
I was responsible for conducting business on a daily basis by
ensuring customers were able to use equipment promptly. I had
daily, weekly, and monthly sales goal with merchandise. I was
employee of the month for several months and made extreme
progress within a short period of time.

2005-2013 Waffle House Lilburn, GA

Server
I was responsible for taking food orders and making sure they came
out in a timely manner as well as being correct. I also had to make
sure the shift duties were completed by shift end such as cleaning
restrooms, sweeping floors, and refilling all condiment baskets.
