    Effective immediately upon receipt hereof, you are hereby appointed as Agency
    Supervisor in PJAC manpower outsourced labor contracting project. As Agency
    Supervisor you will serve as direct and permanent employee of this Agency and
    shall enjoy the rights, privileges and employees benefits in accordance to the labor
    laws and similar policies thereof.

    Anent hereto, you have to perform the same job description and assignments you
    carried out as Supervisor designate during your time as outsourced Agency worker.

    Further, you are directed to discharge your assigned task and function with due
    diligence, excellence and prudence.
