As the Head of Department (HOD) for Information Technology, I take

immense pleasure in recommending Harshita Singh for her higher
education in your critically regarded institution. Banking on a prolonged
experience in teaching I am prompted to say that Harshita Singh is an
uncommonly talented student. I taught her communication systems and
took lab sessions for the same subject. I have known her since her second
year when she entered the department of Information Technology in our
institution. She seemed, by all accounts, to be a promising student. She
stands out as the most encouraging students I have come across. Miss
Harshita Singh is brilliant, energetic, sympathetic and balanced. In my
administration as the Head of Department, I have watched her
progressive intentions and her demeanor towards the schools education
programs both technically and non-technically.

She actively participated in college activities during her initial years and
has represented our college at various fests. She led a team of three in
building a website for the department of our school which attributed to a
major aspect of her final year project. This website helped fresher
students to pick up the nuances of various happenings of college, connect
with their teachers, notified of notices and events and get an insight on
how their imminent college tenure. She has been expected with answers
to questions raised by me amid the address sessions and I have
discovered her be to a dynamic member in classroom talks. During my
lectures she was timely, mindful and was whole-hearted to come up to the
white-board and clarify her doubts. Harshita has a talent for flawless
presentation and verbal abilities. Her style of expertly articulating and
professing with clarity was profoundly extolled by the supervisory group of
the Institute. She was an enthusiastic, humble, and genuine student who
aids classmates and is well mannered to her companions and educators
alike. She can comprehend ideas rapidly and her diligence has helped her
to perform reliably well in her lab sessions as well for which I graded her
38/40. She is brave to venture into new projects; this quality was evident
when she chose mobile communication and ERP in her elective subjects.
Her choice was valued and it highlighted her burning zeal to expand her
horizon. She actively participated in industrial visits and was awarded with
a certificate on the entrepreneur program I organized. She is efficient and
deliberate in her approach with a bent of analytical mind and shows great
tenacity to tackle issues. To sum up, she has a fanatical disposition
towards learning and is perpetually prepared to impart her insight to her
group mates.

I completely endorse her choice to attempt a graduate degree before

initiating with her profession. She has a strong base and a well-structured
masters program will wonderfully complement her and enable her for
senior roles. She has been a consistent performer and I have every reason
to trust that she will convey a similar eclecticism and application to her
graduate studies. I request the admission board to consider her
candidature positively.
