Application Details
, Substrate Concrete and mortar surfaces should be clean,
Preparation sound and free from oil , grease, cement laitance and
all loose ly adhering particles. The surface shou ld be
in a saturated surface d ry condition.

Dis pens in g C hem bond LA is generally added to the clean

mixing water within the range 1: 1-2.5.
Subsequent mortar application must be carried out
whilst the bonding coat is still wet.

Bondin g Slurry C hembond LA: Water ~ 1: 1, mixed with fresh

cement , should be v igo rous ly brushed on to the
prepared surface.

C u rin g Standard curing practices must be followed.

Application First add the cement and aggregate into Ihe mixer
and mix to a uniform con sistency. Then add the
required quantity of diluted C h cmb ond LA and
mix s lo,..vl y for at least 2 minutes.

C leanin g Cl ean all equipment and tools with water

immediately after use.

Rem a rks Never use neat C hembond LA as a bonding agent.

Preca uti ons 1. Accidental splashes to tbe skin must be washed
off with water and soap.
