checklist will help guide them to completion of PBL project:
1. Knowledge of what activities enhance cardiovascular endurance.
2. Knowledge of what activities enhance muscle strength. 3. Uses graphs to identify activities/workout plan, etc. 4. Shows evidence of how often should you work out each week. 5. Shows evidence of how many minutes a day should you work out. 6. Research demonstrates what the proper age is to start lifting weights is. 7. Shows understanding of what target heart rate and why is it important. 8. Understands what is a good resting heart rate is. 9. Shows evidence and understanding of how you know when you are fit. 10. Shows evidence of what kinds of food are good for you. 11. Understand how many calories should you eat a day for proper nutrition. 12. Has proof of communicating with at least two local gym personnel/experts
