GREETINGS~ ABOUT OUR CHANCELLOR

Welcome to Champs Apostolic Christian Leadership Training

Centre- or CHAMPS ALTC for short! We are officially opening September 2008 with many new
online Christian Leadership Programs and Courses, Internships and Practicum now underway.
We will be adding to this list as we grow so be sure to check our online Website at
www.champsbibleschool.org regularly for updates to come! You may apply online at anytime
for all of our Programs and courses- just fill in the online Application form at the bottom page
link there to start the application process.

Our Chancellor is Rev. Dr. Rebecca Michael. She is an ordained Minister with FOCI and a

with both FOCI and ICCC. She is a Major-General Int’l Board Member and an Acting Div.

which can be seen at her main Website at http://Phoenixarise.org Her work background
includes over 2 decades in mental health and allied fields experience. Her educational
background is in the behavioural sciences at the undergraduate level with a Bachelor of Arts
from the University of Alberta, Canada and recently in Christian Counselling and Church

growing Ministerial contacts worldwide that afford practical, hands-on Missions and other
Practicum experiences for the students here. She has also developed several Media Ministries
and a daily Radio Show currently that she hosts- both Video teaching and Audio. More
information on these and her other Ministries are at these main Websites.

A WORD FROM OUR CHANCELLOR

Greeting to all Visitors and Students! We welcome you!

What an adventure it has been to create these Ministries and to be able to champion others in
to leadership and training likewise is what I most care about. As you will soon find out- I have
an unusual passion and motives for training our youth and future leaders in to all the Lord Jesus
Christ has called them in to becoming to serve His Kingdom as Servant-Leaders in their own
right! It is because it is the polar opposite of the agenda of the anti-christ system presently in
operation in this world which is self-serving and oppressive- and I am a formidable warrior in
Christ. Now what do I mean by this? Well- the Lord tells us in His Word to overcome and
destroy evil works through goodness- hence we have created CHAMPS ALT CENTRE. Now just
ponder this a moment with me. What is the opposite of the worldly systems of the hierarchal
power and control games? It is Championing others in to Servant-Leadership- empowerment
and helping them develop themselves and their giftings to take the lead in their Ministry. It is
developing leaders in to their God-gifted gifts and callings. God is not calling for mindless
worldlings, parrots or syncophants- he is calling for people of integrity and powerful leaders
worldwide! This is for ALL believers and is ordained by the Lord Himself. And NO more just
sitting on your hands as a Church-faced spectator or worse- feeling less than- while watching
others lead and become all that the Lord has for them! No- You are not just an afterthought if
you belong to King Jesus Christ! We are a royal diadem and Priesthood the Lord says- but this
takes knowledge, development and application to make it so in actual practical Ministry. The
Lord has created all believers for a purpose and with their own calling and mission to fulfill as
He ordains for them. However- this requires discipleship, diligence and application. Most of all-
it requires an environment and mentorship with this same mindset that will help you grow,
develop and send you out when you are ready. You may take our Programs or sample our
courses. You will find we are practical in applied Ministry also. We are developing more
Programs regularly so be sure to check with us often at our main Website for news and updates
at www.champsbibleschool.org

You may wonder just how all of this came in to being as a thinking person! Just what would
motivate someone to do and accomplish all of this- to do all that it takes to become prepared
and execute all of this- and all of that as yet as a volunteer? I can answer that question for you
in a very short phrase… it is called what the bible says is the transformative principle of ‘ beauty
for ashes’. What do I mean by that? I mean that all of this has developed for the best possible
motives- honour and deep abiding love. It is the power of Love over the Love of power that
prevails in the end for those of us in the Lord’s Camp! All of these Ministries- especially our
CHAMPS ALTC- have been developed in loving memory and honour of our Mom Peggy Doyle

and our brother Wayne Sandberg. In this way we destroy the oppressive works of evil and we
overcome it with good! It is through ignorance of the spiritual warfare we all face like it or not
that the bible tells us many stumble, fall and perish through the oppressive evil one/s in the
anti-christ system. There are only 2 Kingdoms- the Lord Jesus Christ’s and the anti-christ one
run by king satan already defeated at the Cross 2000 years ago- and on its way out soon
enough! We here at CHAMPS ALTC are not ignorant but know and impart well the Word of God
and how to appropriate it for victory in this life- it is our Sword of Truth keeping us from the lies
and snares of the enemy satan and his followers! So as a result of our emphasis on the applied
Word of God- many people will instead be championed in to leadership and all that they are
called to become than otherwise would have happened- it is because this is what has motivated
and caused CHAMPS ALTC and indeed PACM INC. to be born at all- it was born out of adversity-
in total victory and overcoming death with fullness of life to many more! The devil et al meant it
all to destroy for selfish gain, for cowardice or for philthy lucre etc. ad nauseum- but the Lord
has caused it all to flip now and forever- and full justice will in the end furthermore be
recompensed and meted out at the Judgement Seat of Christ Himself rightly… but this is our
initial down payment- right here- CHAMPS ALTC. So you see-we are much more than just
another discipleship or leadership School. We have been tried by fire and have overcome
ourselves by the ‘blood of the Lamb and by the Word of our testimony’ as it says in the Word in
Revelations for believers in Him. We know the way through and that indeed the Lord is faithful
to His own who listen and do as He instructs-- and can bring overcoming victory and
transformation in to anything no matter what it seems like or how bad it looks at the time! So
the devil et al are not quite so smart in the end as they think-in fact- the bible calls them ‘fools
in their wisdom’-and ‘catching the crafty in their own craftiness and wicked schemes’- for if we
know and apply the Word of God- as His own and by His Spirit within us- We will find that He
does indeed cause all things to work together for our highest good just like He Promises us- He
is as He says in His Word regarding this and the boastful, proud, godless anti-christs spirits et al
presently at work through that kingdom- serving their king satan. He shows Himself to be as He
says with those who do not repent and receive Him as King instead while grace is still an option-
He is “shrewd with the shrewd…” He is the King- in the process of putting all under subjection
to the Lord Jesus Christ just as it is prophesied throughout the Word. In fact- He is the Word
incarnate full of grace, power and truth- He is Our HOLY GOD ALMIGHTY and KING forevermore
to be Worshipped and Praised! He will redeem His own in the end from the ‘snare of the
fowler’ and not just that but turn us in to powerful warriors with the victory just like HIM- King
Jesus.

HALLEJUAH! WORTHY, WORTHY, WORTHY IS THE LAMB OF GOD WHO SITS UPON THE THRONE
AT THE RIGHT HAND OF OUR ABBA FATHER GOD FOREVER!

God bless you all and may your time with us be richly blessed!

Agape for now,

CHAMPS ALT CENTRE- Chancellor Dr. Rebecca Michael

We are starting out new this year Sept. 2008 as an online School with
undergraduate, graduate Programs and course offerings, Missions developments underway,
Internships and Practicums Programs and courses- in Christian Leadership. We have a Moodle
Classroom installed and also a Virtual Classroom with a Webcam / Audio for our term Students
who choose to have an interactive Specialty Program with us in lectures in various disciplines as
listed here in this Calendar and news / updates always online at www.champsbibleschool.org
This will appeal to many students who have a busy family or work life and need a flexible
program while they are upgrading their skills and abilities in their calling and gifts. We offer a
variety of levels of quality scholarly Programs and courses at the Undergraduate and Graduate
levels. Students may commit to a Program or they make take individual courses as long as they
have the Pre-requisites and we have seats open to do this. We do this in free Programs for our
developing nations to train Ministers as well as in our Specialty Major Programs in various
disciplines for a low-cost tuition fee. As far as transferability of our Programs, accreditation and
courses etc. you should check regularly for our updates at our Website. Currently this is all
underway- If you plan to transfer to an institution you should always check with your institution
regardless of where you attend as there is no universal or global accreditation in place anyway.
As far as that goes- accreditation is very costly and drives the costs to the students soaring. We
do not seek secular government accreditation as this restricts us as a Christian School- and we
do not share these belief systems but rather are at odds with many of the worlds ideals etc. as
Christians.

Our Faculty is excellent and qualified with advanced graduate education and we have
opportunities for students to be placed in our teaching Practicum programs as well.

discount but may still 'Withdraw' ( not 'drop' - 'W' marked on transcript ) from the course
without penalty and receive a 'W' grade on their transcript which does not factor in nor effect
their GPA grading- but it is noted. If a students fails to Withdraw by the final date then this
will become an 'X' grade for absense with a 0 weight which is computed in for the GPA for the
course. Please See also Grades below for more information.

* Course Withdrawal is not allowed past the 12th week of any course here. If a student drops
a course later than 12 weeks it will be computed in to their grade as a 'N' with a 0 value and

have about Students or Staff here will be taken seriously and dealt with promptly and
effectively. We want our Students and Staff to be valued and respected here in both word
and deed! This is our expectation for everyone here as this is a two-way street.

As far as discipline is concerned it will be measured according to the seriousness of the

infraction. It is hoped foremost of course that all conflicts can be resolved. We do not expect
this to become a big issue but there are exceptions and so we must address this here. Any
violation of human rights or Plagiarism- or academic dishonesty such as cheating are grounds
for an 'F' grade in that course at best and instant expulsion from here at the worst. Let's just
say it will be zero tolerance for abuses like this as far as we are concerned. We want this to be
a Kingdom of God milieu!

For most of us this will not be an issue but please do know that we are here for you if there is
any concerns that you have of this nature and do not hesitate to report it.

STUDENT COUNSELLING

We are available for students as a Christ-Centered Counselling resource in order to help them
succeed in their studies or to help them with referrals or resources that will address their
problems to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need this service at the contact
links provided posted here and at the Nav bar left link at the bottom. We have a strict
Confidentiality Policy here as well unless we think there is danger or harm to self or others
and no other recourse to take but to contact the authorities for help.

TRANSFER CREDIT STUDENTS AND ADVANCE PLACEMENT

* All academic earned courses equivalent to College level work will be assessed and approved
by us for transfer credits to be applied and also for advance placement. We will do all we can
to help you succeed in your Program. You can then plan your studies with your Faculty

Advisor. The initial assessment fee for transfer credits is $25.00 and students must submit
supporting documents once their initial application form is approved. If a student needs an
additional assessment test for English skills to determine level of readiness or placement it is
an additional $25.00.

* We will transfer acceptable College level coursework from other Institutions or Bible
Schools as long as the mark is 2.0 or higher of a 4.0 GPA Scale for that course.

* Students with an overall GPA lower than 2.0 will be assessed for possible Admission as a
'probationary period or qualifying student' in order to give the student a year chance to try
and make the minimum standard with us.

* Note- GPA Entrance requirements are stricter for our Masters and Doctorates but we also
offer this option for approved 'qualifying students' for one year to make the required GPA so
they can then register as 'regular' graduate students. See notes above posted on this already
under our specific Programs. Students must maintain this minimum GPA with us as posted
there in order to continue in the Program- or take remedial courses and try again later.

* Note- There is a minimum specified Residency requirement with us for every Specialty
Major Program- See Posted above under Programs.

GRADES AND GRADING

* We operate on a standard 4.0 GPA Grading system.

* Please note that students need a 60% average for our courses in order to pass with the
minimum 2.0 .

* Internships and Practicums- are graded as Satisfactory / Unsatisfactory. A Student passes it

only if they pass as Satisfactory. These usually comprise 50% of the total course mark with
the remainder being for assigned readings and assignments.

* At this time our grading system for all of our academic courses offered here is as follows:

institution if this is what you are seeking for their entrance requirements as you may not be
able to transfer your studies here to there as is the case anywhere- before you apply here.
The degrees we offer here are scholarly however called 'honoris causa' religious degrees and

place to place. Ironically, as far as the Kingdom of God is concerned these 'religious' degrees
may very well be the only ones of any eternal weight, consequence, utility or value when it
comes to the 'test of our works by fire' when the Lord judges all things by His truth and
standards! These degrees are all quality and will give you the education you need to be an
effective Christian leader in your calling and will involve a comparable workload and
standards to graduate as with any Bible College or Seminary level education.

BIBLICAL COUNSELLING SPECIALTY PROGRAMS

We have Biblical Specialty Programs underway currently in Biblical or 'Nouthetic'

Counselling studies at the Certificate, Diploma, Bachelors and soon also at the
graduate levels as subject Majors. Please see the categories listed below for each.
FEES for these tuition-based Specialty programs are listed for all courses depending
on the academic level at the Registrar/ Admissions / Fees link to the left at the Nav
bar on this page. You will also find Admissions entrance requirements and info for
Programs at the left Nav bar links for all of our undergraduate and graduate
programs or courses.

Biblical or 'Nouthetic' Counselling Certificate and Diploma Programs

We offer a 10 course ( 30 credits ) one year Bible Counselling Certificate or a 20

course (60 credits ) two year Diploma Program to prepare those who may be
considering this field. It is the equivalent of our third and fourth year Bachelors
Program Majoring in Biblical Counselling courses as well. If you plan to go on to the
advanced degree levels of this Program then you will also need to choose your
required Minor subject as well from the electives under the course offerings listed
on the left Nav bar link. The core courses and credits are mandatory for completing
this level for both certicates and Diplomas.

*We offer both a Certificate and Diploma academic program in Biblical or 'Nouthetic'
Studies but not Certification or Licenses. Please specify the Program you are
interested in at the time you apply and note any admission requirements here as
posted for all levels as well as submission of all supporting documemtation to us for
final approval before you can register for any courses in the next available term. We
recommend that you apply for this at www.nanc.org once you are done. They
recommend that you have studied from the books that we offer here in our Programs
as texts and so may advance you credits or placement if you wish to become a
certified Bible Counsellor with them. Please ensure always that you check ahead if
you plan to attend future institutions for transferability from all Programs as with
anywhere else. If you are seeking a comparable, quality Curriculum of studies with
an excellent Faculty at a low-cost tuition then this may be the option for you.

* PLEASE NOTE* We require that ALL students have suitable References upon
request. We reserve the right to request at any time at our discretion a background
check as well for these degrees as entrance or graduation requirements as well as for
students entering our Christian Counselling or Pastoral Ministry Programs as they

involve working closely with vulnerable populations. More specifics on this to come
maybe so stay tuned...

*All of our Specialty Programs operate on a 14 week Semester basis for Fall, Winter
and Spring semesters at this time. These Specialty Programs will be offered as
independent study online OR via email if possible along with online lectures and an
assigned Faculty Advisor for interaction as well. Please check back at this Site for any

Bishops there.

6.Ordination opportunities with us may also arise but only if a Consecrated Bishop

will be at the students expense and will be TBA right here if we decide to offer this

be expected to be with us for some time as students so we know them personally and
also be Practicum and / or Internship students so that we have also worked closely
with them. These will be formal and solemnized experiences with the 'laying on of
hands' by our anointed elders and will pass first through an application process and
an election from a Panel of our elected Bishops who agree with this Ministerial
Ordination for this Candidate. We may also require background checks and
References will be required. TBA here if we develop this option soon.

7. Also- we are also qualified as ordained ICCC Senior Chaplains and so may also offer

tuned for more on this exciting development coming soon and TBA right here! At this
