1. The Executive Engineer, Commonwealth Games Division No -2, DDA, Seed Bed Park,
Shakarpur,Delhi-110092 invites lump sum bids from the well experienced, qualified,
competent, financially sound specialized agencies of repute in three envelope system for the
work mentioned below:-

2. Period of completion of work : Six Months

3. Bidders who fulfill the following requirement shall be eligible to apply .Joint ventures are not
allowed at any stage of work.

(a) Should have satisfactorily completed during the last seven (7) years ending June, 09
three similar works each costing not less than 40% the amount of the estimated cost,or
completed two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the
estimated cost , or completed one similar work costing not less than the amount equal to
80% of the estimated cost put to tender. Similar work means the job involving
fabrication and installation / erection of steel structure with pre-stressed / post tensioned
steel cable with PVC polyester fabric.

(b) Should have had average annual financial turnover of 100% of the estimated cost during
the last three year ending 31st March 2009.
(c) Should not have incurred any loss in more than two year during the last five years
ending 31 march 2009.
(d) Should have a solvency of Rs. 3.50 Crores issued after 01.06.09 .

4. Bid document consisting of plans showing existing structure where execution of subject work
has to take place, specifications, schedule containing nomenclature of items for which design
