All protein food (like different kinds of meat, legumes and nuts);
A little bit of rice and dates, and all other permitted Islamic food by Allah and
His Prophet (peace be upon him).

sweets manufactured.

To be eaten after the Taraweeh prayers: - onions and apples together in the same

(the purpose of this recipe is to provide our bodies protection against infection, and
colds). To get rid of the bad smell of garlic or onion, you can munch a bunch of mint
leaves, and keep it in mouth for a few minutes. Then, grasp a small teaspoon of
ground cinnamon in the mouth until it dissolved in the saliva and swallowed.

On 1st day of Eid al-Fitr: Having abstained from sweets during the blessed month,
now you can taste it today, but moderately not to be overstated.

Useful information from the herbal and alternative medicine to cope with thirst
during summer day fasting:
Foods that hydrate you: Cucumber, Iceberg lettuce, Watermelons, Bottle gourd and
zucchini, Peaches, Papayas, Strawberries and cranberries, fresh cheese curds, soaked
Carob or tamarind.
To prevent thirst: avoid fish, salty or sweet food on Sohoor.
If you experience during fasting acidity or indigestion or gases (i.e. colon disorder), I
advise the following:
Chew food well by your teeth until it becomes a paste before swallowing.
Do not drink water or fluids within meals or immediately after the food. But drink
before you eat on an empty stomach or about an hour after eating.
If food or drink very hot or very cold, keep it in your mouth until it becomes warm
as the body before swallowing.
Do not lay or sleep immediately after the meal while the stomach full of food, but
wait an hour before going to bed. You are advised to follow the Sunnah and lay on the
right side, where it is easier to food to descent from the stomach into the intestines.
Expulsion of gases: Take a tablespoon of dried mint, put into a glass of hot boiled
water, and then cover the mug to cool. Filter it and drink it as needed. (Thyme, sage,
oregano or caraway, may be used as a substitute.)
Treatment of acidity or acid reflex (also could be used to prevent ulcer): tablespoon
of crushed fennel or anise in glass of hot boiled milk, cover the mug, and add a
teaspoon of powdered pomegranate peel (if the person does not suffering from
constipation); and one teaspoon of ground licorice (if the person does not suffering
from high blood pressure). Leave it to cool and drink before bedtime, or an hour after
a meal.
To strengthen digestion: dealing with mashed radish food.
Grind the Black Cumin, Ginger and cumin; add sugar by 3: 2: 1: 5. The dose: Eat 2
teaspoons of the mixture during or after meals.
Hibiscus syrup is a good filter for fresh blood, and prevents the deposition of fatty
tissues (adipose) under the skin.
Stay in Shaded Areas, Wear shirts that are strictly white.
