    Cancellation of the application for the titling of land as described:


    Lot No. 7543, Cad. 561 D, Area: 705 sq. meters; with application number
    PFPA # 055 29-055 dated March 27, 2015 applied by Joseph B. Ed
    Johnny, is requested by the undersigned due to reasons as:

    1. Permission was not given by Mrs. Herminia C. Saldito the legal


    owner of said land as well as her siblings.

    2. There was no Extra-Judicial Partition signed by parties


    presented by the applicant, and

    3. The applicant was already deceased.
