PERSONAL SUMMARY

For the previous sixteen years, I have been employed as a Tenured Mathematics Teacher at East Meadow High
School and have taught an array of Math courses to high school students using Smart Board technology and the
T.I. N-spire calculator and software. In addition, I have created and developed the EMHS Math research program
where our students have received numerous awards and I am currently an advisor for the EMHS Science
Research Program that has received many accolades as well. I have a strong interest in science education and
my scientific background includes courses in Biology, Biochemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and
Physics.
