    The 5th grade orientation event involved student ambassadors and leaders loading buses to pick up 5th grade students from Earle Brown school. The students would be divided into colored groups for presentations around the school. Presentations would occur every 12 minutes in different classrooms over an hour and 12 minutes. Then all groups would travel to the auditorium for a welcome speech and performances before returning the 5th grade students back to Earle Brown.

    MASTER PLAN OF THE DAY

    5th Grade Orientation Event


    2/5/2016 12:35-2:30pm

    12:35-12:45 All Student Ambassadors and Adult Leaders load busses


    out front to go over to Earle Brown and get 5th grade
    students into groups (blue, green, yellow, orange, and red).
    - Put on color/name tag so that the 5th graders can identify
    which leaders they are with

    12:45-1:00 At Earle Brown gathering your group, put color name tag
    on all 5th graders and load bus together as a group
    -Travel back to Brooklyn Center

    1:00-1:12 Travel time and first classroom presentation

    1:12-1:24 Travel time and second classroom presentation

    1:24-1:36 Travel time and third classroom presentation

    1:36-1:48 Travel time and fourth classroom presentation

    1:48-2:00 Travel time and fifth classroom presentation

    2:00-2:20 Travel Time ALL groups to the Auditorium


    -Welcome by Dr. Jarva
    -Performance from dance, presentation from band,
    theater, and choir

    2:20- 2:30 5th Graders travel back to Earle Brown on busses along
    with Student Ambassadors and Adult Leaders
