Sub : Regarding the railway quarters under MDS pool

Find herewith a representation given by given by the Group Christmas staff of
our hospital regarding the grievances against the availability of Railway
quarters.
As mentioned by them ,the ratio of availability of Type 3 and type 4 quarters to
the number of eligible staff is inadequate.
Hence you are requested to consider this issue in a positive way and take
necessary efforts reduce the disparity by considering to allot substantial number
of type 3 in the under Construction quarters to MDS pool. Also to allocate type 4
quarters in the surrounding areas of BYCULLA to the MDS pool
