May POPS Concert Disney/Through the Decades

Tuesday
5:30 pm Band Room/Choir Room/Rotunda Open
6:00 pm CALL TIME for symphony orchestra on stage. Dressed in costume. Run with
percussion
6:15 pm CALL TIME for String orchestra in orchestra room
6:30 pm String orchestra run program with percussion
6:45 pm Doors open to auditorium, Symphony Orchestra is seats, String on stage
7:00 pm CONCERT BEGINS Strings perform first, followed by Symphony
Students can wear costumes and dress according to theme. Same principles apply:
THESE CANNOT IMPEDE THE ABILITY TO PLAY AND SOUND GOOD!
String students who stay for Symphony can receive 50 points of XC!
8:15 pm Concert Ends
After Students help tear down stage.

ENTRANCE FEE: Suggested Donation of $5.00 (Feel free to give more).
