As a student athlete under the National Collegiate Athletic Association division you

are prohibited from accepting any profit or commercialized profit while playing and
attending your chosen university. Failure to comply with the following rules in effect
of the National Collegiate Athletic Association will result in possible game
suspension, loss of scholarship or permanent removal from athletics in the National
Collegiate Athletic Association division sector.
As a student athlete you are required to attend all practices, games, mandatory
sport events and team meetings. Failure to show up to the following events in
compliance with the National Collegiate Athletic Association will result in possible
game suspension, loss of scholarship or permanent removal from athletics in the
National Collegiate Athletic Association sector.
As a student athlete you are required to attend all classes with the exception of
games or National Collegiate Athletic Association athlete events. You must maintain
a 2.5 grade point average. You must comply with any rules in place for your
dormitory and off campus housing. Any negative behavior will result in game
suspension, loss of scholarship or permanent removal from athletics in the National
Collegiate Athletic Association sector.
By signing this contract you, the student athlete hereby have read and understand
the following guidelines in effect for the National Collegiate Athletic Association and
understand that a failure to comply with any of the following will result in possible
game suspension, loss of scholarship and or permanent removal from athletics
within the National Collegiate Athletic Association sector.
