There is a standard operation sheet, work instruction sheet at each process.

There is a place to post the standard operation sheet, and the standard operation
sheet is posted for the type of the parts is in process.
Operator (including initial operator) is educated by using operation standard sheet,
work instruction sheet.
There is no direct hand written modification written in the standard operation sheet.
Standard used is the latest standard.
The operator is doing the work by following the operation standard sheet, work
instruction sheet.
The manager is able to instruct, educate if there is a problem at the spot when doing
