Final Reflection

Process-based writing has been a struggle for me in the past. This writing class has proved useful

in not only improving my writing skills but also how I interpret rhetorical situations. The process

I use for writing papers has also changed over the course of the semester. Previously I used to

wing writing assignments and do them at the last minute. Using this method caused me to write

things that were not my best quality work. Now that I use more planning in my writing, I am able

to write better and more efficiently. Having a better understanding of rhetoric is helpful as well

because not only can you communicate with people better but you also have a better

understanding of what you are trying to convey. This class has shaped how I am as a writer and

has positively impacted how I communicate with people over a written medium.
