    1. Greeting and opening speech by the chairman Mr. Dewalter Vitus. The
    chairman begin the meeting at 2.35 p.m.

    2. Confirmation of Minutes
    The minutes of the first meeting of the North Borneo Tree House held on
    Friday, 7 April 2017 were read, confirmed and approved as correct.

    3. Matters Arising
    All meeting members asked to make a plan and tell about each
    department proggress about the tree house project. Each department
    need to present their plan on how to run this project smoothly.

    4. Marketing Department
    Mr. Khairie already make a draft a few plan for our tree house in marketing
    strategy. There were four plan had been told in meeting session. First is about
    pricing ang positioning strategy to launch tree house at affordable price. Second
    is about target customers, for appropriate advertisement. Third is about
    distribution plan using website for online booking and make payment. Lastly is
    about advertisement for advertise tree house using social media, radio, television
    and advertisement board at along main road and shopping complex all the
    marketing stragy depend on financial budget and have been approved by
    chairman and financial department. Advertisement also will be launch six month
    earlier before the tree house officially open.
