    Use these ideas to help you plan your story.

    Character Decide what kind of creature the unusual pet is. It can
    be a real creature or an invented one.
    Think about the main human character. Why do they
    have this pet?

    Plot Decide what is going to happen in the story.


    Think about how you will begin and end the story.

    Setting The main setting should be somewhere you know well.

    Remember to include as much detail as you can in your story, using the most
    interesting vocabulary you can.
