My name is Jade Raad and I am a Junior Early Childhood Education major at the University of
Dayton. I am also studying for an endorsement in Prekindergarten Special Needs. I am originally
from **** ******, *** **** where I have experience as a teachers aid in a preschool and
kindergarten classroom. I have been working and volunteering in schools since I was in high
school.

My name is Jackie Tonies and I am a Junior Early Childhood Education major at the University
of Dayton. I am also earning my Early Intervention Specialist license. I am originally from ****,
********. Over my summers, I work as a camp counselor for young children with special needs.
My goal is to attend Graduate School for Speech Language Pathology. Currently, I am
volunteering with a speech therapist at ****** PreK-6 School.

We will be in the classroom on Thursday mornings from 9am to 12pm. While we are working
with the students we will be implementing an investigation on the topic of the human body,
specifically how the human body moves. We will be working on activities with the students that
focus on how the muscular system, skeletal system, and nervous system work together to help
our bodies move. We will also brainstorm and discuss different ways our bodies can move, for
example, yoga.

We are very excited to be working with the students in Mrs. *******s classroom for the next
few months. We look forward to the discoveries the students will make through the investigation
we plan to implement.
