CITY SPECIFIC AGREEMENT ATTACHMENT

Package includes:
Qualifications:
a. Married/Cohab couples must both be at least 25 years of age with a combined annual income
of at least $50,000 US
b. Single women must be at least 35 years of age with an annual income of $50,000 US.
c. Married/cohab couples must travel and attend the presentation together.
d. All parties are required to have a valid government issued photo ID. Couples must provide
proof of living together such as matching address id, utility bill, bank statement etc. Also must
provide a valid major credit card (debit/check cards are NOT accepted)
e. Guest cannot have attended a presentation at Kings Creek Plantation in the previous 15 months
prior to check in date or more than twice in a lifetime.
f. Full time students without full time employment will not be accepted. At least one person in a
couple must be gainfully employed.
g. Must be U.S. or Canadian Citizens and be able to speak and understand English fluently.
h. No group travel/quinellas
i. Any reservation that includes a Friday or Saturday night must be a minimum of 3 nights.
j. Tour Pay is $300 minus room nights and gift cost. (hotel rates/premium rates listed below)
k. Tour Pay for a tour only is $250. Guest must not be local, must be staying in an area hotel.
l. Children under the age of seven (7) are not allowed on tour and childcare is not provided.
m. Guest will be required to attend a 90 to 120 minute presentation.
n. Reschedules and cancels must be made at least 5 business days prior to arrival, failure to
cancel or reschedule at least 5 business days prior to arrival will result in a no show fee of 1
night plus tax.
o. No show hotels will also results in a no show fee equal to 1 night plus tax.
p. Any guest that arrives but does not meet the qualifications or does not show to the tour will
result in a charge equal to all room nights plus tax.
q. Reservations should be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Exceptions can be made on a
case by case basis.
r. Guest pays all incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room tax, phone,
meals, key deposit and transportation.
