Tell the story-- see the grins of the people you never know--the tricks of October fires-
and the children below-

Running for you-- wasnt easy to do--both searching for dreams--that never come true-

So Im ready to say your not part of the play its just a varmint waiting--Like a trap in
your mind--like something in the forest thats hungry--you want to feed it a lot--you want
to beat it to the ground--you want to work it to a knot--and than you want to shout a
loud--looks like were on another Witchunt-

Running with you, wasnt easy to do--both searching for dreams--that never come true-
And they put us on a Witchunt

On fire,--barn fire--burn at the stakes--of Massachusetts--Im gonna choose--who wins or

loses--theres one thing you hadnt planned for--all the way from Manhattan--you left a
trail of blood and they put us on a Witchunt

Im four tires ready to wear out on your pavement- if you get some mercy Im ready to
say, come to the pot burning oilhemlock wish notburn at the stakesburn at the

This summer wasnt easy when I saw you come around- I saw you cast a spell on a guy
when you walked away from town--you said that I would love you if you promise you
didnt lie or curse- but I saw you through the bones in the fire and something worse-So
they put us on a Witchunt, Witchunt
