    TSD SLEP Internal Meeting

    24 Sept 2010 Friday

    Note of discussion

    1. Modification notice to be stated in Minutes of Meeting PSI.

    2. Only rev.Awill be send to RMN for Approval.Rev.C will be send for Discussion with
    RMN.PSI need to attach with Mod.Notice. No cloud.

    3. Always record in black&white -Transmittal,letters,MoM/Note of Discussion.

    4. Encourage to Use intermemo rather than email.

    5. Issue for comment drawing (C1) send to RMN for their review & comment. Ask for
    discussion within 2 or 3 days (with letter). Any decision from RMN,record with RMN
    sign.

    6.75% to 90% is C(dwg for comment-from TSD & RMN).90% is A(dwg for approval to
    RMN.No more discussion with RMN).100% is as built dwg(sign by RMN).Make
    flowchart.

    7. Flowchart (with letter) sends to RMN for their understanding.

    8. Only mounting (=installation)dwg send to RMN for approval(if


    mounting=foundation).

    9. P&ID mod.=schematic. Send for approval.

    10. To be discuss with PSI:Unchange dwg doesnt need to be send to TSD as


    deliverables.

    11. Look/review in detail PSI dwg. Recheck all transmittal & reviewed dwg.

    12. Cable block diagram-System dwg(from OEM) doesnt need to be sent to RMN.

    13. Reference dwg (dwg existing only)dont send to RMN.If reference dwg(OEM
    dwg)send for info only.

    RMN doesnt need to approved OEM dwgs(except for P&ID-for info only).

    14. FAT procedure by OEM & reviewed by PSI & CSI,other integrators(if required).

    15. TSD to check & review the test procedure.Dont modify the format as per
    CTS(its ITT job).PSI review test procedure send to ITT.Dont send to RMN.
