Relevance, Confidence, and satisfaction. The model will be incorporated along with other
theories.

Cognitivism, the learner will be presented with the necessary information to be able to acquire
the knowledge to complete the assessments delivered after each objective section without
overloading their cognitive memory.

Media Resources:
According to Evidence-Based Practice, eLearning courses should incorporate instructional
methods that have been shown to be effective based on high quality research. This eLearning
course looks to close the gap on IEPs being submitted as non-compliant due to low case
management skills, by provided well-founded information to case management best practices.

The course will follow coherence principles, which states that you should avoid adding any
material that does not support the instructional goal. The principles it will be suing are:
Avoid e-Lessons with extraneous audio

Avoid e-Lessons with extraneous graphics

Avoid e-Lessons with extraneous words

This principle will be applied based on the understanding of how my learners learn rather than a
blind application of rules.
