students. I felt more comfortable interacting with them, I got treated as a teacher
rather than a college student who came to observe. I taught 2 English lessons, the
first one was about the ip word family and the second is a story related to
Mothers Day. Both lessons ended successfully, they were actively engaged and
looked forward to receiving more tasks. I used Ms. Marilizes method in passing
around the microphone, but instead of asking them how they feel today, I asked the
students to mention something that they love about their mothers. During this
week, we began by preparing for two events, celebrating 100th day of school and
Mothers Day. I received duties such as: cutting, laminating, and sticking. The
teachers handed out 100 days smarter certificate for the students and we saw the
happiness across their faces. I was glad that I got to do a cooperative teaching with
my MST, Ms. Marilize, where we had to implement a dance together for the
Mothers Day event which ended successfully with everyone feeling grateful and
emotional. I also got the opportunity to work with Ali who is 5 years old and learn
more about him, since he isnt diagnosed yet he might have possible ADD.
