Sir/Madam, I am a final year B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) student at Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering) and I am writing to apply for the position of Electrical Engineer at ExxonMobil. I believe in and practice commitment to excellence and the result of it is that I have presented research paper at IEEE International Conference-ICEPES 2016. I have developed sound engineering knowledge in electrical field equipment through field visits during my internship at Central Public Works Department, Safdarjung Hospital, learning about substation equipment -switchgears, transformers, dg sets, and also learned about various schemes in protective relaying, and substation design scheme for hospitals. Apart from substation visits, I also spent time at HVAC plant and 1786 KVA DG set room, learning the electrical system design schemes used and design of such facilities I have also done internship at Samsung Engineering India Pvt Ltd, where I learned about electrical system design for oil and gas industry, and also developed a new formula for street lighting voltage drop, thus providing actual losses and therefore enabling optimum cable sizing and hence reducing costs. Apart from that, I have done NSDC (Government of India) certified course on PLC-SCADA and also presented a research paper on PLC SCADA based DC motor control at prestigious International IEEE Conference ICEPES 2016 It is my commitment to quality and leadership skills that I have been given responsibility to lead a team of 7 members, for development of power quality enhancement setup in project and research lab, as part of my final year project in university. I strongly believe my skill sets matches the job requirement and my values matches with the ExxonMobil values. Please consider to have a look into my resume for my detailed skill sets, projects and internships. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss my relevant experience and skills with you in more detail. I am available for interview at your convenience and look forward to hearing from you.
