Practices

The teacher engages in ongoing professional learning and uses evidence to continually
evaluate his/her practice, particularly the effects of his/her choices and actions on
others (learners, families, other professionals, and the community), and adapts practice
to meet the needs of each learner.

Interpretation

I understand that learning never stops no matter a persons age or situation in life. As
such, I will continue to reflect daily and learn from my personal experiences and
observations. I will continue to take advantage of opportunities that allow for
professional development. I will welcome feedback and use it to help me grow as a
person. I will adhere to principles of good, moral conduct as accepted by the rules and
standards of the community.
