This letter is to confirm that Mr AHMAD DAMIRI BIN MUSTAFA is a
practising Radiographer. He has qualified with Bachelor of Radiography
and Diagnostic Imaging (Hons) from International Islamic University
Malaysia. His qualification has been accredited by Malaysian Qualifying
Agency and recognised by Public Service Department of Malaysia.
He has been practising as a radiographer with good standing since 2008 in
Malaysia. He has worked previously in KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital
from Sept 2008 to Oct 2011 and Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak from Nov
2011 to Feb 2017. He has maintained a good working record and has
shown professional competence, adheres to ethical conduct and guidelines
set forth in his field. He is strongly recommended for the employment
offered.
