She has shown herself to be a blessing to our classroom environment: Not only does she participate well in a class while I’m teaching (with very little direct instruction), but Destinee also communicates well very both quietly and respectfully, and she has goals, She’s moving forward by working with the Regional Occupation Program (ROP) and getting training for an entry level job so that she can pay for the education needed to achieve her longer term goals. She’s advanced in her position working with food service and has shown herself to dress professionally that shows that both her heart and mind are looking towards the future. Lastly, Destine has concrete written goals (which include working in Law Enforcement) that she is. committing to memory so that she can stay focused and continue to make good choices on simple things today that help her tomorrows. For the many reasons shown above, | heartily endorse Destinee in any entry level internship or paid position that you have you in your organization. Her growth over the past few years has shown me that she is striving towards adulthood and maturity. | believe that her desire to follow directions, learn, grow, try new things, and make wise use of time will be an asset and very encouraging to you, your varied team members, and your constantly adapting structure and/or system.
