Praise God Almighty for all his grace so that the paper can be arranged to
complete. Do not forget we also say many thanks for the help of those
who have contributed by donating both matter and mind.

And we hope this paper can hopefully add to the knowledge and
experience for the readers, For the future can improve the shape and add
the contents of the paper to make it better again.

Because of the limitations of our knowledge and experience, we are


sure there are still many shortcomings in this paper, therefore we
welcome any suggestions and constructive criticism from readers for the
perfection of this paper.

CHAPTER I

OPENING

1. BACKGROUND

This type of diet is strongly influenced by the origin of individual


background or beliefs held particular society. Although humans are
omnivores, a group of people usually have a preference or avoidance of
some foods. Hence the word "diet" can not be generalized as "do not eat".
The need for nutrition is one of the fundamental need for humans to
survive. These nutrients must also have a complete nutritional
requirements for compliance are perfect for someone in complete
nutritional needs.

But sometimes the need for nutrients is inhibited when an interruption


occurs in the digestive system. The disorder primarily disorders of the
gastrointestinal tract. If someone is experiencing gastrointestinal
disorders, then there should be rehabilitation measures, one way is to
make a healthy diet.
CHAPTER II

DISCUSSION

A. DEFINITION

Diet is the amount of food consumed by a person or organization. This


type of diet is strongly influenced by the origin of individual background or
beliefs held particular society. Although humans are omnivores, a group of
people usually have a preference or avoidance of some foods.Differ in
chanting in some countries, in Indonesian, the word diet is more often
directed to call an attempt to lose weight or adjust the intake of certain
nutrients. This article will discuss the diet in the second sense. In
development, diet in the context of efforts to regulate the intake of
nutrients is divided into several types, namely:

1. Lose Weight (Mass) An example for a model or an actress who wants to


maintain its appearance.

2. Increase the weight (mass) An example for the sportsman or athlete


who wants to increase muscle mass.

3. Abstinence Against Certain eg food for diabetics (low carbohydrate


(glucose) and calories).

A balanced diet will provide adequate nutrients needed by our body, so


the body will function properly. unfortunately it has become a difficult
challenge solved by most people in the world. a passion and commitment
is the main thing in the diet.
B. Factors Someone To Diet

There are several reasons a person on a diet, the following are the
factors that affect a person's diet:

1. High Fat Content

If the fat content of a person's height, we need a diet program to lose


weight that does not happen obesity. Fat is a nutrient that would be stored
in the skin as energy reserves, if the fat piled up a lot, there could be an
increase in lean body mass, metabolic processes will tend to be more
severe done by the body.

2. Desire Yourself

Diet sometimes have a personal goal of the period to raise or lower the
body to fit the normal range of BMI (Body Mass Index). Self desire to do
this diet is usually done by a model or artist to keep in shape.

3. Blood Pressure

If the blood pressure is too high (hypertension), there should be taboos for
certain foods so that the pressure returned to normal.

4. Diet

Diet is also influenced by diet, if someone has a pattern of disordered


eating, the person will seek re-adjust his diet in a way to diet.

5. Disorders Diseases

A person affected by such disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, diabetes


and others will go on a diet to maintain nutrient intake in order not to
aggravate the disorder.

CLOSING

A. Conclusion

Diet is an attempt to lose weight or regulate the intake of nutrients.


There are three classifications of diet, that diet for:

1. Lose Weight

2. Increase Weight

3. Abstinence Against Certain Food

Diet gastrointestinal tract means a diet that is done when an


interruption occurs in the digestive tract. There is also the digestive tract
disorders include flatulence, diarrhea, and typhoidal gastrities

B. Suggestions
In the diet, should set a target date and results; adjustment of
symptoms as well as balanced with sports activities that will remain
healthy diet. The main symptoms of adjustments made during
disturbances (such as gastrointestinal disorders) and are required to go on
a diet, so that later diet will maximize results.
