My wife Ashley and I own a home in Fruitland Park with our 2 sons Ethan (3) and Emmett (newborn). We are
active members in our Church and Community and give ourselves fully to any job weve ever had. From the day I
turned 15, I have been a team oriented, highly motivated employee. I have passion to do everything with excellence
and find ways to help make the team around me as successful as possible. Often that is accomplished by faithfully
observing the systems that are in place. Even still, new problems do present themselves and I enjoy finding solutions
together with my fellow staff.

I ask that you take a minute to read through my resume and find if there is room for me to serve you.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

EDUCATION

Johnson University: Florida Campus, Kissimmee, FL- (formerly known as Florida Christian College)
Attended from August 2008-December 2012 with breaks.

Concentration: Double Major in Preaching/Counseling & Biblical Studies

Related Coursework: Ministry as Lifes Work, Speech from the Pulpit 1&2, Art of Preaching, Core
Communication, General Psychology, Interpersonal Growth, Evidences, Apologetics, Western Civilization
2, Theology in Film, Restoration History, Biblical Languages (Greek 1 & Hebrew 1&2)

Notes: It is important to clarify that I did not graduate with a degree of any sort. I have never excelled in
a traditional academic environment and found I was more useful to the Kingdom as I served in a ministry
rather than drudging through class papers. That being said, I am an avid reader and attempt to maintain
a teachable spirit at all times. There is always room to grow and I believe that the path I chose best suites
how God has designed me to function. I have continued my studies and do plan on using online classes
to finish my degree program as finances allow.

the opportunity as I was working to save money for my freshman year at Florida Christian College.

VARIOUS SKILLS

Public Speaking: Familiar and comfortable with formal presentation of material in various settings for many
different sizes/types of audiences and purposes. I enjoy teaching small group studies, one-off and series
preaching, community outreach and formal emcee opportunities.

Music: I have been playing drums since 2005 and have since learned bass guitar, electric guitar, acoustic guitar,
and developed a confident singing voice. I am also teaching myself keyboard and mandolin. I am comfortable
and familiar with leading worship as I play acoustic guitar either alone or with a praise team and/or additional
vocalists. I enjoy all types of music as each is an expression of the diversity in Gods creation and should glorify
Him.

Event Planning: Proficient in planning and scheduling vendors and services for events such as weddings,
funerals, church services, birthdays, theatrical programs, fundraisers, benefit concerts, speaking engagements,
5Ks and community prayer gatherings.

Team Leadership: No matter whether it is leading a group of teen counselors at Lake Aurora for a week of
ministry to over 100 elementary students, or managing a team of adult volunteers to accomplish a worship
service- I have been wired to lead teams since as far back as I can remember. I am the oldest child in my large
mixed family and it very much prepared me to help a team set and achieve their goals.

Social Media: Effective using various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram,
and SnapChat. Im also familiar linking many of these sources to websites for live feeds/auto content. As part of
my business (Ensemble Services) Ive actively managed up to 12 pages at one time for a period of 18 months
before I was able to effectively train and delegate management to employees within my clients organization.

Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher) and familiar with
HTML/CSS web design. I am also familiar with printer installation, various hardware and software installations,
and general maintenance of network systems.

Graphic Design: Proficient in utilizing cheap or free software to produce meaningful, relevant and engaging
material to supplement sermons, lessons, classes or promote and recap events. Software includes but is not
limited to- Audacity, Canva.com, MovieMaker, Paint. The majority of the organizations I have served had zero
budget for software so although I have the capacity to learn more complex software solutions, I have been able
to achieve surprisingly professional results with just a little more creativity, effort, and time. Ive played with
Creative Cloud Apps before, but never for an actual project.

Audio/Visual: Confident and familiar with running analog and digital sound mixers, projectors, video switchers,
lighting boards, camera systems, dmx lighting systems, livestreaming systems. Also proficient in various
presentation software (ProPresenter, MediaShout, EasyWorship) ADJ lighting software, and encoding software
for live streaming.

Planning Center Online: Familiar with various settings and systems within the Planning Center family of Apps.
This is a cloud based system primarily used for Church Management of various ministries and/or tasks but can
be leveraged for certain solutions outside of the church as well (Daycare, Group/Resource Management)

area teens (12-17) the opportunity to be themselves in a free, safe and non-church yet Christian
environment. Mentors are made available and students are encouraged to try churches near their
homes. Helped develop the initial business plan and mission statement that was put in place before
Converge opened in November 2012. It has since served as a meeting location for a charter school during
the day and a food pantry location twice a week. Both of those partnerships operate outside of the
regular traffic times and Converge has been able to thrive in this way. There has always been a lack of
volunteers, but the same is true in every effort of the Kingdom.

I truly enjoy the opportunity to network with other Church leaders and encourage them as we all aim to
impact the lives of our campers. This place is a big part of my story. I will gladly explain much more about
these experiences if you would like to hear more.

PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT

Myers-Briggs Assessment- (http://www.16personalities.com)

All the following was taken directly from the personality type assessment found at the address shown above. I
feel as though it accurately describes my personal strengths, weaknesses, and behavioral tendencies both
good and bad. Feel free to ask questions and follow-up accordingly.

The INFJ personality type is very rare, making up less than one percent of the population, but they
nonetheless leave their mark on the world. As Diplomats (NF), they have an inborn sense of idealism and
morality, but what sets them apart is the accompanying Judging (J) trait INFJs are not idle dreamers, but
people capable of taking concrete steps to realize their goals and make a lasting positive impact.

INFJs tend to see helping others as their purpose in life, but while people with this personality type
can be found engaging rescue efforts and doing charity work, their real passion is to get to the heart of the
issue so that people need not be rescued at all.

Help Me Help You

INFJs indeed share a very unique combination of traits: though soft-spoken, they have very strong
opinions and will fight tirelessly for an idea they believe in. They are decisive and strong-willed, but will rarely
use that energy for personal gain INFJs will act with creativity, imagination, conviction and sensitivity not to
create advantage, but to create balance. Egalitarianism and karma are very attractive ideas to INFJs, and they
tend to believe that nothing would help the world so much as using love and compassion to soften the hearts
of tyrants.

"Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative
altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness."
-Martin Luther King Jr

INFJs find it easy to make connections with others, and have a talent for warm, sensitive language,
speaking in human terms, rather than with pure logic and fact. It makes sense that their friends and colleagues
will come to think of them as quiet Extroverted types, but they would all do well to remember that INFJs need
time alone to decompress and recharge, and to not become too alarmed when they suddenly withdraw. INFJs
take great care of others feelings, and they expect the favor to be returned sometimes that means giving
them the space they need for a few days.

Live to Fight Another Day

Really though, it is most important for INFJs to remember to take care of themselves. The passion of
their convictions is perfectly capable of carrying them past their breaking point and if their zeal gets out of hand,
they can find themselves exhausted, unhealthy and stressed. This becomes especially apparent when INFJs find
themselves up against conflict and criticism their sensitivity forces them to do everything they can to evade
these seemingly personal attacks, but when the circumstances are unavoidable, they can fight back in highly
irrational, unhelpful ways.

To INFJs, the world is a place full of inequity but it doesnt have to be. No other personality type is
better suited to create a movement to right a wrong, no matter how big or small. INFJs just need to remember
that while theyre busy taking care of the world, they need to take care of themselves, too.

7
STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES
INFJ STRENGTHS
Creative Combining a vivid imagination with a strong sense of compassion, INFJs use their creativity to
resolve not technical challenges, but human ones. People with the INFJ personality type enjoy finding
the perfect solution for someone they care about, and this strength makes them excellent counselors
and advisors.
Insightful Seeing through dishonesty and disingenuous motives, INFJs step past manipulation and sales
tactics and into a more honest discussion. INFJs see how people and events are connected, and are able
to use that insight to get to the heart of the matter.
Inspiring and Convincing Speaking in human terms, not technical, INFJs have a fluid, inspirational
writing style that appeals to the inner idealist in their audience. INFJs can even be astonishingly good
orators, speaking with warmth and passion, if they are proud of what they are speaking for.
Decisive Their creativity, insight and inspiration are able to have a real impact on the world, as INFJs
are able to follow through on their ideas with conviction, willpower, and the planning necessary to see
complex projects through to the end. INFJs dont just see the way things ought to be, they act on those
insights.
Determined and Passionate When INFJs come to believe that something is important, they pursue
that goal with a conviction and energy that can catch even their friends and loved ones off guard. INFJs
will rock the boat if they have to, something not everyone likes to see, but their passion for their chosen
cause is an inseparable part of their personality.
Altruistic These strengths are used for good. INFJs have strong beliefs and take the actions that they
do not because they are trying to advance themselves, but because they are trying to advance an idea
that they truly believe will make the world a better place.

INFJ WEAKNESSES
Sensitive When someone challenges or criticizes INFJs principles or values, they are likely to receive
an alarmingly strong response. People with the INFJ personality type are highly vulnerable to criticism
and conflict, and questioning their motives is the quickest way to their bad side.
Extremely Private INFJs tend to present themselves as the culmination of an idea. This is partly because
they believe in this idea, but also because INFJs are extremely private when it comes to their personal
lives, using this image to keep themselves from having to truly open up, even to close friends. Trusting a
new friend can be even more challenging for INFJs.
Perfectionistic INFJs are all but defined by their pursuit of ideals. While this is a wonderful quality in
many ways, an ideal situation is not always possible in politics, in business, in romance and INFJs too
often drop or ignore healthy and productive situations and relationships, always believing there might
be a better option down the road.
Always Need to Have a Cause INFJs get so caught up in the passion of their pursuits that any of the
cumbersome administrative or maintenance work that comes between them and the ideal they see on
the horizon is deeply unwelcome. INFJs like to know that they are taking concrete steps towards their
goals, and if routine tasks feel like they are getting in the way, or worse yet, there is no goal at all, they
will feel restless and disappointed.
Can Burn Out Easily Their passion, poor patience for routine maintenance, tendency to present
themselves as an idea, and extreme privacy tend to leave INFJs with few options for letting off steam.
People with this personality type are likely to exhaust themselves in short order if they dont find a way
to balance their ideals with the realities of day-to-day living.

8
IN THE WORKPLACE

INFJs have pretty tall demands when it comes to a satisfying work environment. Not only does this
personality type need to be able to express their creativity and insight, INFJs need to know that what they are
doing has meaning, helps people, leads to personal growth and, all the while, is in line with their values,
principles and beliefs.
Oftentimes the best way for INFJs to achieve this is to not have to answer to others rules at all to be
their own boss, neither above nor below anyone else, just directly interacting with the people and ideas that
are important to them. All that being said, INFJs are a clever and inspired group, and with a few of the right
conditions, most any position can be made to work.

INFJ Subordinates
As subordinates, INFJs are likely to chafe under hardline rules, formal hierarchies and routine tasks.
People with the INFJ personality type value diplomacy and sensitivity, and the more democratic and personal
their managers style is, and the more they feel their independence and input are valued, the happier theyll be.
INFJs act on their convictions, so when they do something, its something that has meaning to them if those
actions come under criticism, even justified complaints, but especially unwarranted ones, their morale is likely
to tank spectacularly.
A managers values need to be naturally aligned with their INFJ subordinates for both parties to be most
effective. Though usually idealistic, if they feel in conflict, INFJs can lose touch with that sense and end up all
too bitter. But if its a balance they can handle, with a little encouragement every now and then, INFJs will be
hardworking, trustworthy, and more than capable of handling their responsibilities and professional
relationships.

INFJ Colleagues
As colleagues, INFJs are likely to become quite popular, being seen as positive, eloquent and capable
friends, identifying others motives and defusing conflicts and tension before anyone else even senses a
disturbance. INFJs are likely to prioritize harmony and cooperation over ruthless efficiency, encouraging a good,
hardworking atmosphere and helping others when needed. While this is usually a strength, there is a risk that
others will take advantage of INFJs commitment to their responsibilities by simply shifting their burdens onto
their more dedicated INFJ colleagues desks.
It should also be remembered that at the end of the day, INFJs are still Introverts (I), and their popularity
isnt always welcome they will need to step back and act the lone wolf from time to time, pursuing their own
goals in their own ways. An unhealthy version of this tendency may pop up if INFJs sense that their values are
being compromised by a more ethically relaxed colleague.

INFJ Managers
As managers, INFJs are often reluctant in exercising their authority, preferring to see their subordinates
as equals, coordinating and supervising people, leaving the technical systems and factual details to more capable
hands, and working hard to inspire and motivate, not to crack the whip. Thats not to say that people with the
INFJ personality type have lax standards far from it as INFJs sense of equality means that they expect their
subordinates to be as competent, motivated and reliable as the INFJs themselves.
Though sensitive, understanding, principled and just, able to appreciate individual styles and to make
accurate judgments about others motivations, if a subordinates actions or attitude undermines INFJs ethics
or values, they will find little comfort in these qualities. INFJs have no tolerance for lapses in reliability or
morality. But, so long as no such lapse occurs, INFJs will work tirelessly to ensure that their subordinates feel
valued and happy.
