Please find enclosed herewith Visit Note involving Mr Vivek Sekhar, Research
Scholar sent by DGUV as prepared by Me & Mr Ramesh Behera, Officer from Labour
Department , Odisha Government who was coordinating the Activities as authorized by Labour
Secretary. In fact the Visit Note Contains Road Map For Activities Done & To Be Done by Focal
Point In India for your kind perusal & necessary action.
2. As A Follow up of Above Road map Activities, i today visited A Popular Odiya Medium School
Named " Vivekananda ShikhyKendra " located in bhubaneswar with English, Hindi sanskrit being
Compulsory. The Total Strength of Students is 860 & Classes are from " Kindergarten ( KG ) To
10th Standard . It is A Govt Recognized School Importantly Providing free Education to 80
Number of Children from Weaker Sections of the Society. Significantly The School is having 50
number of Children from Construction & Migrant Workers From Gujrat as informed by the School
Management.
I interacted with Students & Extremely happy to carry forward our Vision Of Educating Safety,
Social Security 7 Skill Development To Their Parents Through These Children - Gave them Few
Bits On 7S Goal/ 7 Golden Rules as brought out in International Zero Conference.
i8 had A Discussion with School Management to Submit A Proposal To Bring Awareness On
Safety & Social Security in the same Lines like Children Educative Program done by SEWA as
Presented by them At Delhi Conference- A Posture Competition among School Children, A play
On Safety Education & Prize Distribution For Best Posture/ Play . In fact the Best Practices of
this School Program i intend to Present in Proposed Symposium At Bhubaneswar.

Presented at Delhi Conference to Prepare Similar Action plan Involving This School in
Bhubaneswar with School Management Showing Great Motivation To Do the Needful.
