Women’s Gym for free at Calthorpe School 9am to 12 noon

Youth Club at Stanhope Hall for 13yrs to 19yrs , 5.30pm to 7.30 pm . Number
around 10 usually goes up in holidays to fifteen to twenty.

Youth Club at St Martins 7pm to 9pm , age group 14-19 yrs

Girls only Youth Club Phoenix Hall 5 - 9pm ( free most time unless doing
additional items I.e cake decorating etc £1) - Tuck shop Available
This is for girls from the ages of 8 - 12 from 5pm -7pm , 7pm till 9pm 13+

Men’s Gym for free at Calthorpe School 9am to 12 noon

Phoenix Hall Self Defence Classes 11am - 12 (midday)

Come and enjoy in a great environment a class for ages 16+ Class will be
capped at 25!
£1 for 1 Hour, and a great place to make new friends, keep fit and learn to
defend yourself.

will be capped at 25 and only a few spaces left! £1 for 1 Hour.

are working in the evening or have time in the day when the children have
gone to school.
