Product Manager, Zendesk Chat - Exercise

Zendesk chats mission is to create instant, genuine, and rewarding

interactions between organizations and their customers. Every month, over
90,000 businesses connect with over 18 million customers worldwide through
the chat platform. In pursuit of this mission, the product team endeavors to
build tools that enable organizations to deliver elegant, low effort experiences
to their customers that supplement or completely replace traditional support
channels.

Your exercise
Pick a digital product that you use to communicate with people

1) What do you like it, and what is it about this product that makes it better
than the rest?

2) If you could improve one or two things about it, or add one or two features,
explain what you would improve/add and why.

3) Describe the vision of the feature(s) you want to develop and how you
would measure its success. Supplement with mocks and user stories on how
you would go about with the implementation

Deliverable
Create a document or presentation that describes your thought process and
recommendation. We are most interested in gaining clear insight into your
proposed strategy and enhancements. If you need to illustrate any key changes
to our product, low fidelity mockups are perfectly acceptable.
