What do we do?

We organize the first ever IT Summit in Belgrade with a focus on

mentoring young leaders.

Why do we do it?

To empower global leaders and the youth in the Danube region

to achieve even more outstanding results in
IT technologies and creative industries to connect them with top
mentors and stakeholders.

When do we do it?

During April 2017.

The project has three goals:

1) to connect Millennials from ICT and knowledge-intensive

industries in times of pressing challenges such as solving migrant
crisis, decreasing unemployment and effects of climate change.

2) to set new frameworks for mentorship and leadership on an

international level where young entrepreneurs can create
innovative projects for conference partners and get mentored.

3) to promote Serbia and the Danube region as youth tourism

destinations and places where brain gain and creative
entrepreneurship are development strategy.

1) General topics: Creativity and innovation in times of

disruption and transnational collaboration?

a) Innovation mindset, strategies and tools (UX/UI, digital

media, content marketing)

b) Product development, testing and software outsourcing

c) IT communities and stakeholders creating jobs

d) Psychology of Success in Business: from productivity and

HR policies to lower turnover

e) Female Tech Founders

3) Apart from the conference at the Fair of INAT Brands

software solutions, scientific inventions, as well as
products of young designers would be presented.

Belgrade is not entirely in Belgrade.

A much larger part of Belgrade is in the longing after it, which
makes it more beautiful than it actually is.
Belgrade is in the names of little citizens of Switzerland, France,
Sweden, Germany, and America, whose parents are from
Belgrade.
Belgrade is in the index finger when we dial 011.
Belgrade is scattered in all four sides of the world.
I am longing for all these Belgrades to be joined together.
