In my Spanish class, a project was assigned to groups of three or four
to research los pueblos de Granada, en Espaa. My group was assigned the four villages in the slides above, and had to collaborate effectively to make the due date with a cohesive final product. Using leadership skills Ive picked up from various roles in extracurricular activities, I kept us on task and communicated effectively with my groupmates to produce the final project. Collaboration is defined as the ability to work effectively with others by any means necessary. I certainly achieved this by working from home on Thursday while being sick, and communicating my Google Docs Instant Messaging. In the future, I plan to be a more effective communicator by being more patient with people, especially in randomly assigned group projects.
