Directions: In groups of four to five create a twelve exercise circuit
using the Sworkit application. Your circuit should be focused around one component of fitness but include at least two components. Each member of your group should master the exercises and be able to perform each exercise correctly. Each group will give a short two to three minute presentation of their circuit where they will teach the class each of their selected exercises as well as match each exercise with a component of fitness. During the presentation your group may use the Sworkit app as a tool to display the correct technique. This should be used in addition to your group members teaching the techniques. Your group will be graded on teamwork, focus of the circuit, components of fitness identified, and presentation of the exercises.
