Dear Parents and Guardians,

Oliver Middle Prep is pleased to announce the third choral performance of the 2016-2017 school year.

March To The Music, Tuesday, March 14 , 6 p.m., OMS Cafeteria
Concert attire is black/navy pants or skirt, belts, white blouse with a collar (girls) or white dress shirt
(boys), dress shoes (low heel, girls).
Students participating in the performance will stay after school with Mrs. Smith for a final rehearsal that
day.
Students should bring a healthy snack with water.
All students should be picked up from school by 6:45 p.m.

You are receiving this letter because your child is currently participating in Chorus for his/her related arts class and is
required to participate in this concert for a performance grade.

Please take a moment to fill out the bottom portion of this letter and return it with your child. Students participating in
the concert MUST return the bottom portion of this letter to Mrs. Smith.

If your child is unable to attend the concert, he/she must return the bottom portion of this letter, excusing him/her
from the dress rehearsal and performance. Students with excused absences will receive an alternate assignment to
make up for the missing grade.
