Judicial Process

Course Descriptions:
The structure and operations of the state and national court systems. Emphasis is
upon the role the criminal courts in the political system and the consequences of
judicial policy making.
Communications Skills
While taking the class Judicial Process one of the skills I learned was
communication. You learned
the importance of communicating with other people in your class through the
discussion board you can
share information about what you have learn in the chapters. What was very
interest for me when it
comes to communicate through the discussion board your able to express your
thoughts as well as
exercise your mind.
Time Management
In this class, you had to have time management skill because you not only had the
discussion to do but
also had a test with every chapter. With this class there was a lot of information to
take in every week so
you had to manage your time correctly if not this would cause you to not do well.
This class help me be
more organize with my work as well as my time.
Strategic Thinking
The third competency for Judicial Process is strategic thinking. Discussion question
consist of what we
learned in the chapter but it would have you too think strategically almost like a
lawyer or a person in
law enforcement. This really would have you think outside of the box so you have to
put your thinking
cap on when it came to majority of the discussion question. By having to exercise
your mind to think
other than what you would think this class is was all about think about what was
read in the chapter and
how to apply the information.
