There is no specific literature piece that has taught me the most. Each literature piece has

taught me something. Some have taught me the art of descriptive writing. Others have taught me

to release all my emotion into the words. As you can see there is no special writing piece.

One of the pieces that encompasses all I have learned about literature is my Story Project.

I had to write a story about a person who lived in a time when an important event happened in

history. I chose the time when the rise of the Lutheran Church had begun. My character was

Adam and he was 14 years old. He was a devout Catholic but it so happened that the Lutheran

Church was rising just around the same time of his confirmation. He had to make a choice

whether to stay Catholic or become Lutheran. After writing the story I had to illustrate scenes

from the story and make a video. I narrated the story as well. I am proud to say that I got a

perfect score on the project.

This writing piece gave me lessons to apply to my faith and my future. With my faith I

am able to express through words and stories, one of these ways would be reading the

Gospel.There is no doubt that some form of writing will be in my future. This assignment has
taught me different ways to writing, and how to apply that to my school work. I will carry these

lessons into adulthood.
