The tenure of LSAs is hereby extended for another period of one month, w.e.f. 08.05.2017, subject to appraisal of their conduct, discipline and performance. 2. The payment of the professional fee of the LSAs shall be made out of the funds available with this Authority. 3. That any grievance/urgent matter regarding the inmates be brought to the knowledge of this Authority instead of moving directly to the concerned department, v. That the enlisted LSAs shall submit the following report to the Central Office of DSLSA by the end of the month:~ a) The number of visits to the Nirmal Chhaya Complex. b) Time spent during such visit inside the Nirmal Chaya Complex. ¢) The problems which are being faced by the inmates and which need to be immediately addressed d) Suggestion, if any, for Improvement in the delivery of quali Services. ‘The above mentioned schedule of postings.and timings of visits in Nirmal chhaya Complex may be changed by-this Authority and necessary information shall be uploaded on the official website of this Authority. ‘The above named LSAs shall attend the monthly meeting with the undersigned and the Special Secretary, DSLSA at the end of the month at the Central Office, of the DSLSA.
