Immediate opening for Oracle DBA

4-6 Years experience administering Oracle data bases in a demanding environment.

Thoroughly knowledgeable of Oracle Financials (FIMS) especially in a UNIX world;
skilled in logical and physical DB design; expert in tuning Oracle performance;
experienced in using monitoring tools to gage data base performance and adjusting
parameters; must be able to install upgrades and patches to tools, data base, and
applications. Must be able to monitor and adjust tablespaces and file structures.
Critical to have excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Ideal candidate
will possess four year degree, but relevant work experience and skill certification may
be presented in lieu. Candidate must be capable of working in a self-directed manner,
as well as being a significant team contributor. Excellent interpersonal skills mandatory.
