Location of plant: Pagbilao Grande Island, Pagbilao, Quezon

Pagbilao, Quezon is located eight (8) kilometers from Lucena City, the Provincial
Capital of Quezon. Its geographical coordinates are 1400N latitude and
121450E latitude.

It is bounded on the northeast by the City of Tayabas, northwest by Atimonan,

southeast by Padre Burgos and southwest by the City of Lucena. Pagbilao has a total
land area of 17,760 hectares as per Bureau of Lands Records.

Pagbilao Grande Island is located at the Tayabas Region that is a group of islands
that is filled with resources that will be suitable for a construction of the powerplant
namely coal and being near in seawater that will be suitable as the cooling medium
for the power plant system. The plant being far from the vicinity that will prevent
any hindrances in the urban area.
