DEED OF SALE

WITH ASSUMPTION OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN B Y THESE PRESENT:

That I , NORHAFSAH B. RADIAMODA, of legal age married to Jamil M . Radiamoda and a

resident of Block 19 Lot 5, Vamenta Estate Subdivision, Barra, Opol, Misamis Oriental herein after
called the VENDOR and/or ASSIGNOR, and SOHAILA D. ALI also of legal age, married and a
resident of Barra, Opol, Misamis Oriental, hereinafter called as the VENDEE and/or ASSIGNEE;

WITNESSETH:

That, for and in consideration of ONE HUNDERED THOUSAND (p100,000.00) PESOS

philippine currency , the entire amount is hereby received and acknowledged, the VENDOR hereby
and by these present SELLS, CONVEYS, CEDES and/or TRANSFERS unto and in favor of the
VENDEE her assigns, heirs and successor-in-interest a parcel of land in row house model constructed
thereon in a manner absolute and irrevocable situated in Barra, Opol, Misamis Oriental more
particularly described as :
BLOCK 18
LOT 05
Vamenta Estate Subdivision
Barra, Opol, Misamis Oriental

That the VENDOR and/or Assignor do hereby voluntarilly ASSIGNES, WAIVES, and/or
CEDES and unconditionally waived, assigned and/or ceded the above described house and lot to the
ASSIGNEE and/or V ENDEE, WAIVEE and/or to her heirs, assignees, executors and/or to the person
who may be acting for and in their behalf;

That the Vendee and or Assignee or Waivee by these presents do hereby accepted said
assignment of t he obligation of payment of the Real Estate Mortgage before the Home
Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) which the Vendor and/or Assignor after approval of the sale and/or
Waivee and/or Assignee of the subject residential house and lot , the same may be paid in accordance
with the schedule of payments by the Vendee upon approval by the office of the Home Development
Mutual Fund;

That after signing of this documents, the Vendor and/or Assignor is released of the obligation
from the HDMF.
