Teacher interview questions

I. Interview questions for teachers

What make you want to become a teacher?

I was inspired to become a teacher from my mother, who was also a teacher. In addition, I am
also a good learner and love adventures. With my experiences, I am able to shape a career path
for students. Besides, I am about to write a book regarding teaching in the next time.

How do you define your teaching philosophy?

In my opinion, teaching is a learning process that takes a lifetime and is crystallized during class
lesson giving. If given the job of a teacher, I will deliver to my students with tips and knowledge
to handle any issue in the future. I will combine single works, with team works and create ideas
to help my students become more and more active.

What are your thoughts on team-teaching?

I think that a lot of you have taken part in teaching in a team and are well aware of the
advantages received from this solution. Those who give you this question desire to discover
whether you are flexible, love working in the environment of teamwork, or experienced in your
area or not, and also on your ideas about the issue.

You are better advised to talk about goods things on teaching for a team, as follows:

Teaching for large groups of students is more and more effective than single teaching. It drives
teachers to generate an motivate ideasbecause two heads are always better than one. You also
should say about such experience in teaching you have gained, and the good results you have
achieved.

In case you do not have practical experiences, you may speak out that you love team-working,
and be interested in taking part in this strategy. Or, you may have read something on the issue
and can make sharing of some ideas you have had so far with the interviewers. By doing this,
you can make great impressions on the interviewers.

In addition, during the interview time, your being honesty is of great importance. You should
prepare your thoughts well in order to wisely and fully response to the questions, i.e., focus on
such skills and qualifications that best suit the requirements of the school or district.

How do you think students will react on first three days in your classroom?

The happiness, cheerfulness and activeness will be seen when students participate in individual
as well as the group events. Every student will be encouraged to speak out every day in class,
therefore the confident note will be used to begin day. It is sure that this is going to happen each
day.

aspects in order to clear my students doubts right away. My students will be encouraged during
his or her presentation session. The subject which I choose to teach would be so interesting that
my students cannot be disturbed from the outside.

What methods will you adopt towards an average student?

Before taking any steps, I would firstly understand the students problem. If it is hard for students
like slow learning or in understanding concepts, the student will be taught after school hours.
This study hours will be kept till the improvement in student is visible.

How will you handle parents in a parents- teachers meet?

I will give my opinion about the students overall performance after obtain what parents say about
their children. And I also give the recommendation to parents the suitable methods to improve
the overall performance of their children at both studies and outside activities.
