Dear Superintended Calvo

My experience and status as a third- year at the University of Texas at El Paso make me an ideal

candidate for the position of Bilingual Generalist more specifically for 3 rd grade in an inclusion

classroom.

My experience by working and volunteering in different classroom which included students with

diverse disabilities, I have also experience classroom who had students from diverse cultural

backgrounds, who spoke different languages. There for I could say that this had provided me

with a lot of experiences with cultural reciprocity when working with families. My preparations

at the university had provided me with strategies and knowledge about who to teach English

Language Learners, even though Im specifying in teaching Spanish, I feel comfortable enough

to teach children who speak other langue. As well feeling prepared to integrate different

strategies to my classroom to adapt to the different necessitates of each student. Since I had study

the best teaching strategies for some of the diverse types of disabilities.

I am prepared for this job because consider myself as a person who has always liked to help

others, who likes to listen to other peoples problems, and always been at their service in
whatever I can. When I was little I attended a Montessori School, and they though me to be

independent, to always find a way to do things from myself. If you hire me as an educator I want

to pass that knowledge into my students as well. I want them to be strong and to work hard to

achieve their goals. Specially with my students who have a disability, they are the ones who are

going to be working the hardest, and I beside them. I should never look down upon them, they

are as strong as the other students, they can do anything the other children can, and it should be

my duty to make sure that they learn that. Throughout my life, I had had excellent teachers, I had

always learned something new from them. I learn about being a better person, about being

responsible, valuing what I had. It is because of those great teachers that I decided to become a

teacher, in order to make a change in someone elses life, as they have done in mine.

Thank you for reviewing my application. Should you have any questions, you may reach me

using the contact information listed above.

Best regards,

Ariadne Ruiz.
