Non- Commission Block (NCB) CHAMP Program

Description STS 3.2 New Recruit

Validation Scheme 1 : RM162k AFYP


Scheme 2 : RM108k AFYP YTD Validation catch-up
Scheme 3 : RM 84k AFYP
Retention in the Scheme Maintain minimum 6 NEW cases every quarter. Yearly Renewable Term not
counted.

All commissions under NCB are not transferable to the New Recruits normal code or
to any other Agent/ Leader upon withdrawal, resignation or termination from STS 3.0.

If there is any breach of STS 3.0 rules and regulation including the Companys
market conduct guidelines currently in-force and or as issued by the company from
time to time, termination of agent from STS is at the discretion of the Company.
Commitment Full Time ONLY proof or evidence of resignation from previous employer
Proof of Income for last 2 months (salary slip or Bank statement)
Attend all Mandatory Training Requirements & Meeting
License Must pass PCE & CEILLI (or TBE for Bumi agents)
TBE & PRS license within the first 6 months
Compulsory Training Attendance Within the 1st month before the first incentive payout is made, all new recruits
must attend (both conducted via iPad)
1) 5D4N (CHAMP) Residential Program inclusive of 20 hours new agent
training (replace of SEED)
2) iPoS training (via classroom or Online)

Must attend Weekly Accelerator Program and other meetings as required by


DOAs.

3D2N Residential Training Winners Mindset Program for ALL STS 3.0 NRs
that successfully remain in the program after 1st Qtr validation. A nominal fee of
RM300 will be imposed.

Year To Date Validation (AFYP & Cases)
Monthly allowance is payable upon meeting YTD accumulated AFYP & cases provided the Life Planner
captured minimum 1 case in that month

With 85% ANP Persistency and to meet training & activity requirements

Important Notes
CHAMP Program

Application must be submitted via iPoS e-Recruitment. Rules & Regulations may
be obtained via ALPP.
Candidate must be interviewed by respective DOA for recommendation before
participating in the STS Campaign.
New Recruits must remain in the STS 3.0 program for any bonuses/ benefits/
allowances to be payout.
All CFI, ROP, and Surrender cases shall be deducted accordingly from validation
calculation. Where applicable, the company reserve the right to claw back the
Monthly Allowance.
The Management reserves the absolute right to change or modify the Rules and
Regulations as stated above, or discontinue this Campaign with at least one (1) month
advance notice to the agency members.
In the event of any dispute, managements decision is final.
