Tri-County Auto Burglars identified

The Castlewoods Subdivision in northwest Rankin County was victimized on May 1,

2017. During the course of that night, twelve vehicles were burglarized along with
one occupied residence. The next day Sheriffs Investigators were able to identify a
female, Emily Grace TURLINGTON, as a person attempting to use one of the stolen
credit cards in Jackson. TURLINGTON was arrested by Sheriffs Investigators in
Brandon the same day.

Through further investigations, it was determined Heather Blair MILLER and Ronald
Jermain WILSON, were also present while attempting to use the victims stolen
credit cards. TURLINGTON, MILLER and WILSON were all arrested and charged with
auto burglary. TURLINGTON has two previous bookings in the Rankin County Jail.
MILLER has been booked into the Rankin County Jail thirteen times starting in 2012.
Although this is WILSONs first booking in the Rankin County Jail, he is no stranger to
being arrested. He has numerous arrests in Hinds County, most were drug related.

Based on new information obtained, Rankin County Investigators along with Hinds
County Deputies responded to an address on Benning Road in Hinds County looking
for two brothers, Kaleb Montory MONTGOMERY and his juvenile brother.
MONTGOMERY is currently 17 years-of-age, but will be tried as an adult since he was
out on felony bond for armed robbery in Jackson that occurred in September of
2016. Although the brothers were not home, investigators located and recovered
property previously reported stolen from Rankin County.

On May 4, 2017 Hinds County Deputies stopped a vehicle occupied by

MONTGOMERY and his juvenile brother. Both were arrested on site for the warrants
out of Rankin County. MONTGOMERY was taken to the Rankin County Detention
Center and his brother was taken to the Rankin County Juvenile Detention Center.
MONTGOMERY admitted to his and others role in the auto burglaries. It was also
learned another individual, Curtis Schottel WILSON, was involved the in burglaries.
WILSON has now been identified as the individual who entered the occupied
dwelling in Castlewoods.

The arrest of these individuals solves burglaries in Rankin County, Ridgeland, and
Hinds County. The arrest of these four adults and on juvenile solves twelve auto
burglaries in Rankin along with one residential burglary alone. The total number of
auto burglaries could approach twenty.

We are still looking for one member of the burglary ring, Curtis Schottel WILSON. If
you have any information as to WILSONs whereabouts, please contact Crime
Stoppers or the Rankin County Sheriffs Department at 601-825-1480 or
