RETAIL SALES SERVICE SYSTEM (R3S):


R3S is a vendor product (Data Flight Europe) which is customized as per business requirements and the
system being implemented to manage on -board duty free sales, bond stores and cashiering process.
Onboard sales are recoded on handheld computers an d send them to bond stores for processing. Budgeted
cost is AED 7.2 millions (Software and Hardware) . My responsibilities are

 Design, Develop and Architect the R3S interfaces with following external applications.
 Oracle ERP modules (Inventory, Finance, HRMS)
 Flights Scheduling System
 Crew Roster and Flight Assignment
 Credit card verification services with bank
 Communicate with Vendors, Business users and to customize the application.
 System Deployment over Citrix and LAN
 Support

R3S EXTERNAL APPLICA TION:


An External application was built for business users to see the d ata flow between R3S and different
integrated system. It will show the clear visibility and tracking of the interfacing process. User can analyze
and forecast the data. Export to excel and PDF functionality is also available along with extensive
reporting.

Environment: VB.NET 2.0, Oracle 10G, PL/SQL, Crystal Report X1 .

R3S CREDIT CARD WRITEOFF:


Write-off is a process which is used to remove the bad cards (stolen, black listed) from the system and
accounted to company account. The application will he lp to remove these cards from main billing stream
and pass the financial entry to Oracle ERP Finance accounts. System will also update the Internal Security
and Fraud Deduction team about the credit card information.

Detailed Grading reports, Category wise grading can be used as single user. Having a det ailed admin section
where admin can add categorize, quiz, questions, multiple answers etc
