My Brag Sheet

Over the last 5 years of my High School Career, I have engaged in many Social Justice
causes. These include:
I have spent some time volunteering with swimming lessons and through this I worked with a
program called specialty splash, where I worked with kids who have special needs and helped
them during their swimming lessons.

Over the last 5 years, I have been an active member in many clubs. These include:
-I was a part of Me to We in grade 10 also was on the Thanks4giving committee this year and I
am on the grad committee.

Over the last 5 years, I have been actively involved in Sports, both at Delview and in the
community. These include:
-I have not played on any delview sports team but I loved PE at delview and had a lot of fun in
every PE class that I took here. Outside of delview I am a part of the Delta Sungod Swim Club
and have been competitively swimming since the age 7. I also did Taekwondo for a little bit but
didnt enjoy it as much and stopped because swimming was my main priority.

Over the last 5 years, I have contributed to the Delview community by:
-I was on the Thanks4giving committee spent lots of time staying after school and preparing for
the event. I am also on grad committee and was on the sub-committee for the winter formal and
invested a lot of time planning and setting up the formal.

Over the last 5 years, I have had great academic success at Delview. This success
includes:
Maintaining a B average, making the honour roll list and receiving the G award in most of my
terms throughout my years at delview.

Over the last 5 years, I have contributed to the Delta community in many ways. These
include:
-I have spent a lot of my time volunteering in my community. I was a volunteer coach for the
Delta Sungod Swim Club and also was a volunteer swim instructor at Sungod Recreation
center,where I worked with kids during their lessons, I also worked with children who have
special needs who required extra assistance in the water. Another thing I did was I was a part of
Delta Assists Christmas Hamper for 2 years, for this I sponsored a family and helped provide
them with food and gifts for christmas.
Over the last 5 years, I have become really proud of:
-Overall Im proud the person that I have become and the achievements I have made in the last
5 years of my life. From when I walked through the doors in grade 8 to now, I feel that I have
grown in a way that I am a better person then I was before and am proud of the work I put in to
gain my achievements. I am also proud of my friends and classmates for all the work they put it
to make it this far aswell.

As I leave Delview to begin a new chapter in my life, I will use many of the the things that
I learned during my time here. These include:
-I have learned a lot from my year at delview. I have learned to be more social, to prioritize my
work, not to leave work till the last minute and lastly to enjoy my time in school.

I am really excited about what comes after Delview. My plans include:

-After Delview I plan to go to post-secondary, I am going to college to study sports science full
time. I also plan to travel more after I graduate, Im really excited for all the new experiences.
