TIFFprefersthatallshortandfeaturefilmspresentedare,atminimum,NorthAmerican
premieres.WewillacceptsubmissionsthathavealreadypremieredinNorthAmerica,
butthefilmspremierestatuswillbetakenintoconsiderationwhenfinalprogramming
decisionsaremade.

besubmittedintheCanadianFeatures,CanadianDocumentaryFeaturesorCanadian
Shortscategory.

Blurays.

3)HowshouldIpackagemyDVDscreener?

Intheinterestofreducingwaste,pleasesendyourDVDscreenersinasimplepaperDVD
sleeve,asopposedtolargejewelcases.LabelyourDVDwiththetitle,directorsname,
runtime,andWABtrackingnumber.Itishelpfultoincludeadeclarationofgoods,
whichcansimplybeanotethatstatesGoodsonloanforFilmFestivalpurposesonly.
Nocommercialvalue.Nonpornographic.


4)HowcanItellwhenyouvereceivedmyfilm?

Unfortunately,duetothehighvolumeofsubmissionswereceive,weareunableto
confirmreceiptofyourfilmonanindividualbasis.PleaseconsultyourWithoutaboxfilm
page.Oncewehaveprocessedyourfilm,itsstatuswillmovefromsubmittedtoin
consideration.Pleasenotethatthisprocessmaytakeseveralweeks.

5)Isubmittedaworkinprogressandwouldliketosubmitanupdatedcopy.Willyou
acceptit?

No.Unfortunately,duetothevolumeofsubmissionswereceive,ourprogrammersare
onlyabletowatchoneversionofeachfilm.

ODDS&ENDS

1)WhenwillIbenotifiedofthedecisionregardingmyfilm?

YouwillreceiveanofficialdecisionbylateAugust.Pleaseavoidemailingusand
requestingadecision.YouwillreceiveonebytheendofAugustthroughWithoutabox,
totheemailaddressassociatedwiththeSubmittingPartyonyourprojectlisting.Please
makesuretoprovideanemailaddressthatischeckedfrequently.Decisionswillnotbe
releasedviaphoneoremail.Weappreciateyourpatience.

2)IhavebeenacceptedtoanotherfestivalandhaventreceivedadecisionfromTIFF.
